Guest Blogger: Rawan Afandi, Nathan M. Bisk College of Business student

Although the X-culture program sounds like it is a course project which depends purely on having fun and good times doing it, but week after week the project continuous to prank us and prove us wrong. As the dead line approaches, the work and the effort to coordinate the project bypassing all the geographical and cultural barriers gets harder and harder. However, there is always good feelings and a good experience even in the worst situation.

I was blessed with a very awesome team who she respects and very ambitious. After going through the struggle of getting to know each other, we are having a lot of fun. We are very oriented and very oriented. From the beginning I took the role of leadership without the title. We agreed that our project should come up with a solution that has to solve a current need in the quick service restaurant industry.

The first thing came to my mind was the usual dispute when deciding to eat out as a family. My dad , he is in his late 40’s,always complain that McDonald does not care about middle and old aged segment of the population. All they care about as a company is to make as much as assails profit from kids, adolescence’s, and teenagers by luring them and dazzling theirs eyes and tong buds with the All American food with the American experience. He always says that if they would come up with a menu that meet their expectation, such as steak and eggs, . I brought it up during the first meeting and the team loved it and we decided to do it. The company we have chooses was McDonald in Saudi Arabia.

The experience was a lot of fun and I am glad I am a part of it. It taught me that it is possible to think of the impossible and come up with solutions to real world needs while taking its inputs from real world citations, Currently, we are revising the final document and aiming to make it plagiarized.

As a team, We have been determent to score high in the final paper . We always to work coherently and try our best to be shorten the barriers.

We have been working well but we are currently experiencing a technical issues.
