The holidays shouldn’t be a time of stress, but for some of us holiday anxiety is unavoidable. Whether we are dealing with an overflowing amount of tasks or coping with the loss of a loved one, the holidays do cause stress for many.
If you are feeling overwhelmed this holiday season, one thing to remember is that you are not alone in this. As professional women and entrepreneurs, we try to do it all. Sometimes you just have to take a step back and remember it’s okay to not handle EVERYTHING yourself.
