Pete the Panther Set To Defend Title As Fastest Mascot!
Cheer on Pete as he takes on some of the best mascots in the region at the Melbourne Music Marathon Mascot Race on Saturday, February 1st at Front Street Park in downtown Melbourne. As last year’s winner, Pete is up against some fierce competition. Other mascots include Dunkin’ Donuts’ Sprinkle and Cuppy, Brevard County Manatees’ Manny the Manatee, and several area high school mascots. Entering for the first time is UCF’s Knightro. Word on the street is that UCF alumni are banding together in support of their mascot. They want Knightro to win it all.
We encourage all FIT alumni and friends to join us in showing support for FIT and our favorite Panther. Wear your Panther gear and meet us at the finish line!
