Finding a guide

You can access Evans Library’s research guides by clicking on the “Research Guides” tab on the library homepage. From there, you’ll be taken to the list of all guides. If browsing the entire list isn’t your thing, there are options to browse by course, subject, topic, and librarian.

Using guides

Nearly all guides will contain information on reference resources, databases, books, and journals relevant to that topic, as well as citation management information and even search strategies. Research guides are a great jumping off point for beginning new research, whether that research is in your major or for an elective.

If you’re still having trouble with your research, you can always contact a librarian for help: call, chat, email, or visit us in person!
