Faculty Opening: Human-Centered Design


The Human-Centered Design Institute (http://research.fit.edu/hcdi) at Florida Institute of Technology invites applications for a faculty appointment in advanced interaction media, modeling and simulation, with a specialization in software development. The appointment will be made at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor rank. The successful applicant must have a PhD in computer science or computer engineering (a specialization in human-computer interaction would be preferred) and be able to develop a research and innovation activity in human-centered design (HCD) and teach HCD skills.

For full consideration, materials must be received by July 4, 2013. The term of appointment would begin August 5, 2013. No virtual applications please.
